Hi, I have a call duck hen who has a hurt eye. A couple of days ago, a cayuga tried to mate with her. In the process, he grabbed her head and scratched her eye. Now, the eyeball itself appears to be fine, but it looks like she has developed an infection in the tissue around the eye.
I've brought her in the house and cleaned her up with saline solution. What is the recomended antibiotic for this?
