CALL DUCk hatch help PLEASE

does anyone know about hatching call ducks?? this is the closest we have come to hatching them! they are under a broody and one has pipped and one is pecking inside the egg. It has now been going on 6 hours and no pip from the other one and the other one still pipped with a little peeping. Do they need help? I can't just let them die, after so many tries for two seasons! please help!

What day are you on?
Let me make sure I understand you...you have one external pip(from 6 hours ago) and one peeping inside the shell with no pip, right?

we are on day 26 one external pip and one tapping the egg no peeping from either accept the one with the pip peeps on occasion, I helped the pip some, I can see it's bill now its kind of chattering, it has now been 13 hours since I noticed the pip.

I am kinda starting to freak out a little bit
