Call duck ill/ head down

My call duck as seen in the photo, has has his head down for a couple of day and his feathers are ruffled. He’s waking around like this, but he can lift his head to eat, drink dig ect. Does anyone can help what is causing it and how to help?

No he hasn’t, he was only born this year.

Possibly just going through his first molt.
But check his poop, eating habits, actions, etc in case it’s something more serious.

My Saxony drake does that when he is strutting around. As his nuptial molt has been coming in these days, he does it more often. Yours may just be trying to show off for the ladies. Does he do any other strutting dances?

No he doesn’t and he still doing it and he’s separated from them now
