I thought I would do this!

So to start: 72 call duck eggs were sent to me. 8 were cracked leaving me with 64 eggs. 2 had lose air cells so I set 62.

Today is Day 6 and I was so excited so I decided to candle. I took pictures of all the "problem" eggs. Feel free to post your opinions about certain eggs. Fertile/Unfertile, too early, etc.

wow, do you have to constantly monitor all these eggs by frequently candling?

I'll have to look at these on the computer. Too small to tell much detail on my phone and enlarging them distorts them. But I want to see your progress. That's a lot of eggs!! Good luck!

Yes it looks like you have a few blood rings.....Sorry to hear that. Looks like you have quite a few to work with, although I know that doesn't make it much easier to have to discard some. Best of luck with the rest!
