Call duck X Indian runner?????

I have a pen full of chickens, call ducks and Indian runners. I have one female call duck and I have noticed the other Indian runner drakes breeding with her. Is there much point putting a few eggs in the incubator? Is call duck X indian runner a thing?? Thanks in advance

Its a thing if you want it to be If someone will buy them or not is a whole 'nother thing! Personally if I had time/space/money to have and raise ducks I'd probably have one
