Call duckling with eye drainage

I have a little call duckling thats 3 days old and I noticed this morning that one of his eyes is full of drainage and crusted together. I cleaned it out the best I could with warm water and a soft cloth, is there anything I can put on it to help him out? The other eye looks good and there are three other ducklings with him that seem to be fine too. Any suggestions? Thanks!
