Call ducks and getting ready to show

My daughters have a youth show Saturday and we are bringing the call ducks we bought this summer. How do you get them ready? Do u bathe them like you do chickens? The ducks stay clean since they are swimming in clean water all day. The only thing that looks dirty is their feet but I figured we can clean them in the morning. How do u get your ducks ready?

Same as chickens lol. keep them clean. Make them look nice

Give them clean water to bathe themselves and keep them clean when they get out of the water. That's all I do. You will have to keep the feet out of the dirt after they have had their bath.

Calls are normally kept in hutches, so dirt isn't an issue.

If you use soap, you'll ruin the oil in their feathers and their feathers won't look right. You can use a damp washcloth to wipe off any smudges.
