Call ducks color Question

Well i wound up getting a trio of the snowys...they are ok looking, short beaks but don't have quite the round head i'd like...i think i'll be trying to breed them in the spring and hopefully accentuate the good...maybe if anyone would be interested, go in on a duck order from Meyers in the spring...the ducklings are $11 each with a 10 minimum so thats a bit of an investment...i'd be willing to drive a little to meet in the middle or something...we're s. of reno nv, so sacramento or closer probably

Anyone have any calls from Meyers? are they worth it?

I haven't got into incubators and such yet, but it seems like hatching eggs would be the best way to get good stock for under $150 a pair

eek...i'd probably start with some of my own bantam chicken eggs to learn before i went for the big ticket items

I'll post pics of the duckies tonight and you can give me your opinions...

The whites i've seen all seem to be the most correct in type...the other varieties i guess are less developed?
