Call ducks day 27 no internal pip.

I have 8 call eggs under a first time mom, we are at day 24. 2 years ago, my other call pair were first time parents and the mom trampled the eggs when they started moving. I only saved 2 of the 11, and it was so hard... I can't stress hard enough, don't intervene unless you absolutely have to! They are small, mighty little ducks. But, it takes them time because of their size!
Remove the Drake... Momma wants nothing to do with intruders....

Sadly one of the ducklings didn't make it and died in the egg, so i felt the need to assist the other before it suffered the same fate...he/she is doing great and is now 2 days old....i'm going out today to find another duckling to put with mine as i know they don't do well alone.
The other thing is these were meant to be pure white call ducks but it appears not to be the case lol.
Does anyone have any ideas what this little one will turn out like?

Aww! You have one cute little baby there! I'm hearing peeps and seeing rocking eggs but no external pips yet! Congrats, and sorry for your loss at the same time! As for what color your baby will be, no idea! You may end up with a white duck! Keep us posted with pics!
