Yep...Another Duck or a Bottle of Baby Duck?..This will definitely be a birthday to remember!
After all this you should treat yourself to something nice. I know I would.

I think you caught it in time and with your care Casanova will be ready to breed in May.He is back in the tub again and fingers crossed this works..
Poor little fella..I will not breed him again till May if all goes well..I just looked at his doodle and the tip is still half pink , so the exposure turned it dark..I pray I caught this in time.....Oh please, oh please...
I'll do everything that I can to help him...![]()
Or maybe a couple duck hens and a replacement drake to take over Fabio’s hens.Yep...Another Duck or a Bottle of Baby Duck?..![]()
Thanks for the support and kind words..I sure hope so...I think you caught it in time and with your care Casanova will be ready to breed in May.
Keeping the light for a few hours out will help them develop feathers faster. Put it back on at night or if they start complaining or are bunching under the light.I just looked at the weather again and there is going to be a high of 20 next week.I am never going to get my ducklings outside!
I checked on them with no heat lamp and they are as fine as can be. I will turn it back on tonight.
Yep ...I don't like the colour of Fabio at all..I might replace him soon and get another two Drakes if Casanova can't breed anymore?..He is getting older too..Or maybe a couple duck hens and a replacement drake to take over Fabio’s hens.
You stop being just like me..it's scary Lisa..we are twins..Keeping the light for a few hours out will help them develop feathers faster. Put it back on at night or if they start complaining or are bunching under the light.
It's going to be cooler here too next week, and my bunny is due. Hopefully winter finally let's go soon. On average grass will start growing here around the middle of April, but not every year. We are also getting short on hay.
Crappy ...Here too. Spring it taking its sweet time coming..I just looked at the weather again and there is going to be a high of 20 next week.I am never going to get my ducklings outside!
