Busy here yesterday. I got busy pulling weeds up in this one flowerbed and I'm still not done. The mosquitoes were horrid..Finally the Well guy showed up and levelled the ground. Still coming back next week to check the level of the pump though..
House work too yesterday..Now I have Laundry to do today.

Are you going to keep Bunny Boy outside during the winter?

Yes, I'm getting him another cage to set up in the garage for winter..When it's really cold he will be in that one.

My Friend that brought me the eggs had Chicks hatching last night and the Hen killed the first one. She scalped it.
She also has Duck eggs under her too. She planned to remove the Chicks with hopes of her hatching the Ducklings. She might be running to town for an incubator today...

Do the other two still not live in the big Coop and Run?..What will you do in the winter with them?

I’m still undecided. Jane and Charlotte slept in the big henhouse last night. I think I will keep them in the prefab coop though.

Not as much thankfully but I’m hesitant to keep them all in an enclosed space. I will monitor them once I put up hardware clothe on the last wall.

Yes I sure hope so. They have been hanging around together and there are hardly any fights.
