Mine in general won't walk in snow without hay on top of it. Mine are spoiled.

That's how mine are. If they come out of the coop and there is snow on the ramp, they wait for me to brush it off. Then, I have to put pine shavings over any other snow if I want them to walk on it. Like in their run to get to their food and water. Lol

Found out yesterday we do need to get a new Well drilled....We find out today about financing and when it will be done?..The trench they need to dig will probably kill the two trees in my front yard....$15 to 16 thousand..
