Congratulations on a safe puppy delivery-what breed are they?

My little pooper-we named him/her Randy for my brother in law that we just lost-has figured out food and has pooped! I was concerned because of the crusty umbilical crud and such-I’m also a rabbit breeder and we make a big deal out of poop. :bun

My conure brooder is working okay for him, I added some pocket warmers since there’s no one to snuggle with and he’s not shivering anymore.

The puppies are doing great. They are French Bulldog and French Bulldog/Boston Terrier/Pug...Goldie is the cross..

We don't have any newspaper in the house which is what I usually put in top of the cardboard and then I put shavings over that. Is there something else I should use?

I just use shavings...The first 24 hours I use paper towel over The shavings..
