Could be it just has more down feathers. I would just run my finger over it's skull to see if it humps up or not. There can be different degrees of a vaulted skull.

I only had one with a vaulted skull. It's an extra hump of skull on the front top of fhe skull. Those with vaulted skulls are more prone to brain injuries. Mine was an odd one from the start and the other silkie chicks pecked her a time or two which made her even slower. I had to help her daily to go in and outside. She was a sweet bird but very heartbreaking.

They can be more prone to brain injuries because the skull will be open at the back of the vault.

The one I had was quite obvious that it had a vaulted skull. Hopefully yours just has more down, and will have a bigger crest since crest sizes can vary greatly too.
