The Ancona was literally dragging one of my pekin hens though the yard by her head! He was making a sore attempt at mating but OUCH that poor hen... I got him off of her.

They definitely will. It's a learning curve for sure. Forest Hump was hilarious when he first tried breeding the Pullets. ..He figured that out quickly..
