I'm not sure? It's just flurries off and on that come down hard and taper off.

I don't know for cows. But if one of your goats or sheep get out and damage someone's car and they try to sue you for it they will win. I think the roles vary from state to state .

Geez...our goat ran like crazy the other day...my hubby was soooo mad...I had to take the car to pick them up....he’d have been irate if we’d been sued for someone hitting a goat!! Ugh

We got 10” on Friday...1” yesterday and 3-5” tonight...plus, we already had a ton. It’s always snowing here...snow belt.

Life living in the South seems much simpler than living up North. Folks are generally kind hearted here and wouldn’t consider sueing over livestock being hit by traffic

Well here definitely loose animals are not a problem unless on roads. A horse could definitely kill a person hit by a car. I understand the responsibility of the owner.

When Kupid was discovered loose I contacted Bylaw and gave a description of my horse. He was on the roads and then settled onto a persons yard. I definitely kept in touch with Bylaw as we tried to catch him.

I wouldn’t think that about here either...it’s redneck here...really aren’t many lawyers around here... we have one stoplight. Hicks!
