my hen lays one a day most of the time (i take them from her) and she lays from march to may but thats just her

Ok little off topic but my call ducks head is starting to lose feathers. Is there something wrong? If so what should i do?

Could be molting?? can you examine the bird closely.

Female call ducks are LOUD. Mine are especially vocal this time of year for some reason. I have used wood shavings and straw for the floor of their bedding areas in the past, and like shavings better. Good luck with them!

Ok photo will not upload but it is a patch of feathers gone
