can anyone help me on the laws for call ducks in new York state.. looked in agriculture laws but did not understand them ... I am not a breeder.. I don't have that many call ducks just a few and need to find homes for them... Can anyone help please. thanks

What kind of laws do you mean? I can't find anything that specifically notes call ducks are any different than any other domestic duck in New York. What exactly are you wondering about?

The only reason I've seen for banding domestic ducks is for the owner's identification purposes. Not for any legal reason.
