Calling all Bantam Rosecomb lovers and haters

These birds are just three months old.
I overheard a judge say once that no S shape no sebright same must hold true of all this type bantam. He said he would always pick great type over great color. Build the foundation, then color it.
He said he had a lady get very mad at him for placing less colorful sebright birds over hers. He said you have to go for Type . He overlooked a smudged wing feather because the type was so good. comb was superb ect...

I once had a bad experience trying to buy good australorps from a "BREEDER" so she claimed. I drove to another state to see her birds. Some of the pictures she sent me were very good. When I got all the way there was another story. twisted combs all over the place white feathers all over females heads and a few on body , it was just a mess. I thought would have been better off buying from a hatchery. at least there are one or 2 outcrosses you can use. I look for show people selling eggs now. no more driving so far having high expectations only to be let down.
