Calling All Buff Orpington Lovers!

is that common for all chickens? Being bratty and touch me nots between 12-20 weeks?
I’m new at owning chicks and mine are that way for a while now. As are some of my younger 7 week old chicks.
Although one of my Roos, the alpha (I have 6 Roos) is fairly chill and doesn’t mind me petting him or handling him.
Some of the ladies like me rubbing the bellies and chests while they perch. But they get feisty when I try to pick them up. All others run away lol

I’m not sure about how common it is, but mine sure went through a stage! Also, 6 roos! Holy cow!

I bought 6 “female” chicks from a feed store, and got two Roos. Spread your luck to me please, just like throw it into your screen.

I would love to get some buff birds. Mine are all light/medium birds.
Silver gems, silver Wyandotte’s and Asian Blacks. I have a couple red ones (they aren’t Rhode Island’s, I forget what they are) but it’s not unusual for me to go and see a few of them walking on top of my chicken run. You can see one of the reds here in the photo.
I finally had enough when I came back and they were outside that run so I clipped their wings.
I have a fox problem still.
I got one a few days ago but I saw some eyes the other night so I’m still working on that.

I have three BOs and 2 are the sweetest, Rhelma and Daisy are just little sweetie pies, all though marigold is a very odd chicken

Problem is though I can’t find any online that are available and my o my other neighbor with chickens doesn’t have that breed either and TSC hasn’t had the one I want in so... sad days
