First I want to say that they are both beautiful birds. I have raised quite a few Cochins over the years and I would say that you have two hens. Even though Cochins are slow to mature, you would see longer waddles at this age if they were cockerels. And of course if there is no crowing by six months, then I would say they are definitely hens. I've been thinking the 1 on the right is a roo (hoping not) but I can't tell.
