Hi everyone, I've heard there are quite a few homeschoolers on BYC. Let's see how many are on here. How long have you been homeschooling? What grade are you in ? Do you enjoy homeschooling? What are your hobbies? Excited to here from all of you!

How long have you been homeschooling? First consecutive year and probably last year.
Do you enjoy it? Kinda
What are your hobbies? Drawing, hiking, playing instruments, farming, taking photos, etc.

Hello!

How long have you been homeschooling?
This is my second full year. I also did the rest of the crazy Covid year, but I think we all did.
What grade are you in?
Not excited for next year since I have to go back to public.
Do you enjoy it?
I love it! It gives me time to spend on with horses, chickens, ducks, rabbit and outdoors. I am able to do my work much quicker than it would take in public, and I love having the time to plan and build my new duck run as well! Its long overdue.
What are your hobbies?
We have two Quarter horses and I LOVE trail riding, galloping and riding bareback. I ride treeless otherwise, bareback gets to be a lot of work after a few rides.
I also love baking, an Paleo Chicken Tender here, so I also enjoy experimenting with new recipes. Of course spending time with the chickens, though I'm very excited for the Summer so its not so chilly out there, plus the new duck run/coop build! I love spending time outdoors, and planting in the summer! I want to grown a bunch of herbs for my flock this year.

My hobbies are biking dog training reading and playing video games.
I want to be a police officer when I grow up.

This is my third year. I'm almost in 9th. I kinda enjoy it but I miss my friends. I love riding horses or anything around them, reading, swimming, playing piano and guitar, being with animals, drawing and just being outside. I also like photography.

Been homeschooled since birth.
i love homeschooling, only thing is you dont get to socalize a ton, especially with the pandemic, so i dont meet as many people as i would in normal school, but thats the only downer for me! Everything else i love. Hobbies are drawing, chickens if that counts as one LOL.

I study in 10th grade.

oh and i go to 4-H, so i guess that makes up for regular school for me because theres many people there who are very educated and give great knowledge
