Calling all Homeschoolers

Anyone who isnt in 4-h, highly highly recommend it. Such good education, oh and, the parents dont run it! Its the kids. You have the president which is usually 16+ or so, no one is running it over the age of 18. Its cool cause you can vote for the president and theres just educated young learners.

there are parents there of course, but the kids are the ones who step up and help you with fairs and everything. And yes, most are vets!

I so want to join!!!

I’ll tell you guys what we did when i get back from the poultry meeting tonight! i think you all would really love joining. Its as friendly as byc is here and is litterally like a byc learning school haha

Oh its awesome! So much great people. we do chicken 4-H at willington willing workers! its super fun, theres lots of activites, actually, tonight we are doing a chicken animal photoshoot for a poultry meeting.


every now in then, they do a jeopardy type thing (for poultry meetings) , they have flashcards and you pick like, egg 100 and stuff. their all laid on a table and the higher the rank like egg 800 the harder the question is! they dont do it all the time, but if you do join, i think youll really love it.

Future vet here too!

I am looking for places to volunteer at currently. What type of vet do you want to be?

How cool! I want to be able to treat as many animals as possible. Have you every seen Dr. Oakely? She's a vet in the Yukon, had a series on Hulu for a while, but I think they dropped it. She treats all animals, from dogs and cats to live stock and wild animals. I'd love to be able to do that someday.
I really want to be holistic vet too, I love researching holistic nutrition and treatments.

Same! I really want to get a real camera this summer, photography is definitely a hobby of mine.
