Hello members,

I'm just posting as a reminder that if anyone is 13 and under, and they are posting about their age they will get banned from their accounts because the BYC rules require members to be over 13 to register.

I would say the younger you are the more cautious you should be with sharing personal information online, whether home schooled or not.

No harm in saying something like "I'm studying 4th year science". Certainly don't say "I'm 12 years old, and am in 4th grade and learning to finger paint today".

Just be careful disclosing too much information about yourself. Even adults need to be careful online.

How long have you been homeschooling?
Since halfway through first grade, but my family has always been home/family oriented.

What grade are you in?
I don't know, it just keeps changing!!!

Do you enjoy homeschooling?
Yes! I'm so glad my mom pulled me out of public school! We meet with a homeschool co-op once a week and I love all my friends and the learning we do!
We follow the Thomas Jefferson Education theme. Anybody else do this?

What are your hobbies?
Raising chickens! Also other homesteading activities like gardening, and I'm getting into meat rabbits.
I also love reading! I have recommendations if you are looking for a good historical fiction or dystopia!

Usually 3-4 hours depending on the subjects I do on that day.
