I also have to say thank you for the laugh! That rooster's wattles are so big it's funny for some reason! Or maybe I just find random things funny . . . whatever, I like male chickens as long as they have a good personality. My Cochin Bantam cockerel has kind of big wattles and when I am holding him, I pull his wattles over his eyes and play peekaboo.

Yes... his wattles are that big.

Goodness me! I wonder why that is. I was the only one holding out for color, but I think my fiance and I will both loose our bet at this point haha . He said he was going to stay all black , and I guessed in between… watch him be all colored up

Sounds like he's got a good temperament. And yes, they are starting and then they'll droop over the side.
