Browsing the for sale section keyword "Minnesota" is a little demoralizing! So many people are looking for silkies, seramas, and other breeds (including myself). There are very few birds for sale. Could all you Minnesotans who are "in the business" so to speak post here? Breeds offered, location, chicks?eggs?adults? etc.

Thanks in advance! I really hope we can get more Minnesotans out of hiding (you're here, I know it!

Raises her hand! From what I've found, most of the old timers that raise poultry up here are not very computer literate. I just took over as the secretary for the BCPPA. This year I've created a website for them and posted online flyers everywhere for their swaps. I still have alot of work to do, but at least we aren't working off of rolodex cards anymore.

I have taught a few of the old guys about Eggbid. Hopefully we can progress to getting them social on here. The Poultry Press is great, but how many backyard flock owners actually read that?

Yeah, I used to get the Poultry Press, but they just piled up. They have way too many pages for me to read, I never got past page 2. So I gave up. I don't like to read much, anyway. Except on here, Lol!
