Calling All New Brinsea Owners!!! January Hatch-a-long...

How much did you pay total if you don't mind me asking? I got both for $170 shipped.

I paid $99.99 + $24s&h = $123.99 for the Bator
I paid $44.99 + $13s&h = $ 57.99 for the Turner

TOTAL: $181.98 for both all said and done.

Shipping for me was from Florida to Maine. Where are you located?

Edit: I see now, San Diego. I'm sure I would have saved had I shipped together. Also, I did not know about the 10% off code when I got the bator. That would have saved me another $10... Oh well. Still a good deal.

Me! I'm in...I just started my eggs last night in the Brinsea mini that my hubby got me for x-mas .

I've got a five out of a dozen Trader Joe's fertile eggs and 2 out of 10 BR eggs set, due to hatch (if successful) on 1/1/11. Those are the ones that showed development.

I have another full dozen TJs eggs set in another incubator, due to hatch (if successful) on 1/12/11.

I'll be setting 10 Marans eggs tomorrow, and then some Blue Hamburg and a variety of eggs to set next week.

So I'll be all over January with my Brinseas!

Count me in... just got some eggs in and will be setting them in my Brinsea ECO 20 12/31/2010...

Just to state what some of you know already the Brinsea incubators are truly the best. I also have a mini advance. I had hatch rates last year that were either 90-95% or in 2 different hatches with shipped eggs 100%. good luck everyone

Actually you should recieve your eggs the same time Im putting mine in-so we'll hatch out my eggs together!!!!

After I told my DH how I CANNOT WAIT TO TEST THE NEW BATOR!! He said I thought we were finally getting the 2 brooders out of the house?? I said um were getting rid of the birds in the brooders...in the garage...The chicks that Ill be hatching out are more testers and such hehe Ill sell them off hunny dont worry

LOL! I tell my DH the same thing.. 'oh, THESE chicks will go in with the bantams when they are big enough.. those MFD need company!'.. 'The NEXT chicks? Oh, umm, well we'll sell those off. I have someone always after me for chicks..' (which is true). Actually he doesn't know about the next chick batch. I might cancel my day old order from meyer - but then again, I could probably sell sexed pullets for more than I paid for them so I may just let them come..
