Calling all San Diegans!!!

Hey guys! I'm trying to figure out if there are many San Diegans here? I'm actually smack in the city so the feed stores are generally pretty far for me. North County seems to have all the great supplies! Lucky ducks!

Anyway, I've been talking with a local pet store owner in Kensington who would be interested in carrying chicken supplies if I can demonstrate a demand. We could probably even specifiy what we want carried there. I personally am interested in organic feed.

I know I can order anything I need from the internet, but I thought if there are other people around like me, then a central location for us city folk might be nice. ;-) Plus, we could reduce the carbon impact of all of us shipping stuff separately to our homes. Any thoughts? Any takers?

I am in San Diego, quite close to Kensington and am looking at going car-less this coming year so it would be GREAT to have some chicken supplies bike-able for me! Keep me updated! I also know one of my neighbors is looking at getting some chickies and someone else on my street has them, too, because I hear them in the morning... I think there are quite a few of us here!
