Some people hate to do that, but if they won't do anything on their end and you can't put up a really good fence, it's your option. It's your property. The dogs are theirs. It is your neighbor's responsibility to control them, and if they don't it's up to you to get rid of them.

Yup, I had the same thought. The only issue is, is these people are SUPER passive aggressive! So if I murder their animal I would not put it past them to shoot my dog even though this is not their property. I'm just trying to think of the best way to handle this....
