Dat is very rude but that is called foundation we use it to cover up acne and when you can’t find your shade match you mix some colors together until we get it and it’s only caked if it’s badly done or too much is on. BAKING it a 2000s trend where to would put setting powder in your creases, under contour, and under eyes but like a lot of it.

A waterline is the bottom eyelid where your eyelashes grow out of we color it black with an eyeliner called a charcoal or gel liner. You can also color it brown, it makes your eyes look smaller like siren eyes. Siren seyes are smaller and longer with longer/thinker lashes for eyes are more round. You can put blush under foundation if you want a more natural look, over if you are going for glam. Concealer is something you use over color corrector to hide acne spots or dark undereyes.
