YES, AID.Bananas are repulsive and disgusting. They're the number one item of produce I buy at the store just so I can throw them away.

I think if it negatively effects your mental health you probably shouldn't do it. I know for me since I started prioritizing myself and my mental health and cutting out things that are bad for it I've been a much happier person, had less depressed days, and enjoying life moreI need y’all’s advisory. The league I cheer for wants me to coach next year, but I’m on the fence.
PROS
I love cheer and love teaching
I know most of the little girls and they all like me
The coach I would be assisting is nice
It would look amazing on a college resume
CONS
I dislike their coaching methods
Cheer takes a big toll on my mental health
It may interfere with other sports
The woman who manages cheer and the best coach might not be there
It’s stressful
It could easily become awkward since I’m not a full grown adult

If it takes a big toll on your mental health then that depends. Does the joy and happiness cheer brings you make it feel worth it? If not or you aren't sure if it does then I wouldn't.I need y’all’s advisory. The league I cheer for wants me to coach next year, but I’m on the fence.
