Calling all teenagers

You guys need to understand this is not fully a choice for a lot of people. I HAVE slept tonight but not enough. I'm sick and my mind is too active to sleep anymore.

The last few nights I've been going to bed early. Fall asleep straight away, and then My body wakes me up about 4-6 hours later, entirely against my will.
My point is that you should not just keep yourself up 24 hours like some people on here.

Also, bi-phrasal sleep is a thing that I know someone with. Goes to sleep, wakes up a few hours later, surfs the web, and then sleeps again.
