Have you ever accidentally killed someone in Minecraft, for example?

like, if i accidentally pushed someone in lava or threw a grenade and didnt see them there thats one thing, but the thing with my brothers was, one had a sniper and the other person wanted the sniper so one was brutally murdered on purpose and one got mad and told on the other
