i've been trying to cut down. Limiting my time to a look in the morning and at night unless there is an emergincy.

Lucky i only have 5 chickens and am not getting more than 3 eggs every 5 days. And i have gotten 5 eggs a day till about 2 weeks ago.

I'm hardly getting any either, no more than 3 a day. Its just because the days are shorter.

I know that. But i also have one chicken that decided to start going through a long molt and all the others did a short molt.
