Where do I look to get a driven pulley (The big one) on the Whizbang plucker. Everyone I have seen they want over $100. Is there an appliance or specific pulley that I should be looking for. This is all I need to complete my plucker.

I agree. Kimball's site is the only place I could find one at an even halfway decent price. Ask around, and you'll have plenty of people tell you that they are easy to find, but they are expensive and take a lot of searching. Kimball has good stuff at decent prices.

A note on the pulley, most any TSC, Orscheln, or any other farm supply store will have what you need for this. The also carry suitable bearings and bearing holders. Just check out the tractor implement/equipment isle.

Swamp coolers have large diameter pulleys on the squirrel cage. Usually with bearings, too. Old swamp coolers can be had for next to nothing, and often the electric motors are still good, also!
