More painting today... silly Red-Bellied couple thought the trim on the house was a dead tree with bugs in it I guess. Had to tarp the end of the house to stop them.

Molly knows her name now and will come running now to get treats.

What do people from your local towns/cities call themselves? I was pondering this about various places we drove through...
I call the residents of nearest town Lamar the Lamartians, but I am guessing they actually don't use that term. Carthage--are they Carthaginians? Are Joplin residents Joplinites or Joplinese? What about Butler, Peculiar, St. Louis?

I think we just call ourselves Jefferson Countians. I haven't really thought about it. St. Louis are St. Louisians.
I really think we just say we are from Jefferson county.

I just had to kill another cave cricket. It jumped on me. I flung it off and stepped on it.. POP and SQUIRT. .bug juice all over the bottom of my house shoe. I wanted to vomit.
This is not a good way to bring in the new year.
