Actually it was a non issue.
The big birds put themselves up..
Little ones will go anywhere for meal worms.

And believe it or not Mason is a pretty good helper getting birds rounded up most of the time.

If you’re up before light and it’s not cloudy, go out and look up, we’re in the Geminid meteor shower. Saw 20 this morning…..
edited to say We went back out after breakfast and saw 21 more. This is the best meteor shower I’ve witnessed. My husband said when he was 10, he saw hundreds one evening.
We can probably see more tonight

Saw several tonight just now… barely paying attention while I was out thinking thoughts.

Clouds are non existent here tonight, so the sky is perfect for lookin, regardless of how many stars are falling down.

Finially made it to christmas break and it has rained almost non stop since i left work yesterday.
