He/she (Nester) and duckie buddy Norman moved in with Norman's parents Frank and Gertie and is doing great! He just wanders around the yard like he has been there all along, but still likes to go in the garage or out to visit the chicks he started with to visit his old stomping grounds. They run right to him and they all cuddle right up together! He still comes in the house once in a while to check things out too.

When we went to Tina we got a bottle goat and he runs around with her too when they are both out. Still very pleasant most of the time, but once in a while he will try to back talk me!

Btw Jenny, I meant to tell you that Colton's FFA poultry team qualified for state!! He was also thrown on the ag mech team the day before and they qualified too!!

Can you tell me what type of commission they charge at Keytesville? Also what time do we need to be there. I know that it starts at noon right? But do we need to be there like 2 hours before???

KNS - I believe it is 30% it could be 20% but I cannot remember and am not sure. When we go, we try to be there at 10:00 if we are putting items in, so we get first in line or there abouts! You selling stuff?

Thanks for the info Fudgie! I had plans to go this weekend, but a local guy is trying to get a swap going in California and I guess we need to support it. Would love to have something local. I would always rather attend an auction than a swap unless the swap is huge, but I guess we need to support locally.

Let me know how the turnout was and if anyone in Central missouri is interested...............Swap at Orscheln's in California, Mo at 7 a.m. Saturday.

YEP! DD is going to show some of her animals there! Not sure right now exactly which ones but I told her I need to know by tonight. Postmark is the 10th! Are you?

Yes We are going to the show, will not be showing. There is also a Swap in Sedalia that day at Young's vet clinic. Probably will be swapping birds there and just pop over to the show. I was so happy to meet you there last year and hope we can meet up again. Tell you daughter good luck, like she needs it, I saw how good she did last year!
