Wondering what kind of rooster this is. Does anyone know.

I'm assuming that he is a hatchery bird. He looks like a mottled Houdan. They are a good ornamental and dual purpose bird.

No snow here either.
We had a lovely Christmas though and shared some scraps with the chickens who got to free range since the
sun was out and there wasn't snow on the ground. A happy Christmas for all
