calling any one from missouri

ugh!, I just checked my hive this weekend and it was dead :( ... I had a bad feeling a month ago, but I didn't want to disturb them when I had the time to check. I've not investigated to see if I can tell what the issue was yet. Hoping yours fair better!
You're probably not far from where I got my 3 nucs last spring - Hillbilly Bees in Salem, Arkansas.

Other than procrastination, the worst enemies of my bees have been small hive beetles and carpenter ant.

JT suggested I post this here if anyone is interested.....

This was built as a brooder and as an experiment, but I'm not using it now and won't be, so plan to sell it this spring. Was going to put it on CL.

Cost of materials was at least $1,000, which for a BYC member, I'd sell for that. If I put it on CL, it will go up to about $1,500. It will need a better door and pop door and nest boxes, but otherwise, it good to go as is.

Original plans had it using a droppings board under the roosts, with nest boxes below that. Would be easy enough to do.

It is 6' wide x 8' deep and portable, so could be hauled on a trailer if trailer will tilt so we can get it loaded.

PM if you are interested. I'm located between Columbia and Fulton.

@SueT
Are you going to make the sale in the morning?
We are going. I HAVE to get up EARLY this time :lau
I didn't even think about the swap being today until last night. We just went to Joplin yesterday, so probably not another trip.
Other than the mud issue, it will be a great morning for it, I'm sure there will be a lot of buyers and sellers! Let us know how it goes.....
@CayugaJana also I have seen people selling hatching eggs, baby poultry, roosters galore.
