calling any one from missouri

We get all of our feed at Tractor Supply. We pay $13 for 50# bags of both crumbles and pellets ( I mix them).

I try to go for more Non GMO / Organic feed than you can get at TS. It's better for the hens and you. Thayer Feed in Thayer Kansas has 50 lb bags for $21.00/ 50 lb They eat less so better for them and your pocket. Let me know if you are in KC and want some, i'll pick up for you and meet you some where. 816-223-8989

I put the mix in a 25 lb feeder. I feed this to my day old chicks. With out the oats I add powered eggs shells and a little powder milk.

Hi Melinda48,
I am also in Columbia and get my feed at Bourne feed on the outer loop rd up from patricias. I love the fact it is in my car when I step outside. They carry just about anything you need. Mine are starting to lay again and I plan on adding to the flock.
Got the list from them with the dates and type of chicks they plan to have available.

We used to get our llama feed at Bourne. Have you gotten chicks from them before? I am so happy with our girls from TS that I never considered anywhere else.

got all our chicks from there last year, Love them and it seems to be family owned and they also have chicks so I get to pick their brains and have gotten great info too. Like I said they have a list of what types of chicks they are getting on what dates and we have planned out what we are getting to round out our flock. I cannot wait for spring.
