calling any one from missouri

No worries Were pretty close to you. We may have to come see your set up sometime.

Are your blue eggs as blue as they look in the picture? Mine are a pale blue, yours look like robin egg blue! Also, have you hatched any chicks from your pretty olive green eggs? Makes me wonder if mine are true Ameraucanas.
I was wondering if the offspring also lay those pretty olive green eggs.

Here are a few from the other day.

I know Jeff from Cackle and he doesn't do that to his leftover chicks. He would rather take a loss on the chicks and sell them at reduced prices. I know there was one chick that I guess hatched out late last year and they raised it in the shop there. We have also gone in there and gotten older chicks that are a couple of weeks old. Cackle keeps what they can't ship for people that come by their shop until they are sold. Last year we were in there a lot to buy boxes and other things throughout the year and they had several different breeds of chicks and various times of the year. More so towards the end of the year as the orders slow down.

That's good to know. Glad at least 1 hatchery has ethics. :)
