Yea you see a fair amount of dogs hit by cars...

I discovered the hen laying today, Sweet Pea was in the nest box and she laid an nice egg... I may have fresh eggs for breakfast this weekend.

On another note we went to the eye doctor and he checked out the wife and said all is good, she said "WOW I CAN SEE AGAIN". She is excited to get the other one done now.

I'm glad she is happy with the results!! My Mom had 1 eye done and she said she can't tell any difference.

Wow, wonder why? Now a days it's almost a sure bet. My buddy had both his eyes done but one they didn't get him deep enough so he could not feel it... he didn't like that. They put my wife so far out she didn't wake up for a few hours. My Dad had it done 3 times but never worked in one eye.

For me, cataract surgery results were striking. Everything looked so bright, colorful, and sharp in focus. Now it has been 5 months and I am used to this as normal vision-- but my sight was really impaired before.

My Mom is wondering if the eye that hasn't been done is really just so bad that she can't notice the change in the good eye. But I don't think that is really what is going on.
