@SueT I have 21 or 22 eggs in my incubator that are due to hatch between now and 48 hour from now. 1 hatched today while I was at work. It is just now the beginning of day 21.
We got a lot of rain yesterday morning and then it came back again this evening. It is suppose to rain tomorrow too.

Finished up the Adjustable Chick Feeder Mk III yesterday, that was fun to build.

That severe thunderstorm front passed thru here w strong winds (they reported 60 mph) , but with no damage here. However, DH decided it was time to cut down a Chinese Elm that in a short time had grown taller than the electrical wires, which it was quite close to. We counted the rings, it was only 10 years old. These things grow fast and are brittle.
He put plywood at the base to protect his mom's irises, which are just starting to bud.
He tied leaning trunks to the tractor to make them fall where he wanted them.
Success! The tree is no longer a danger to our power supply!
