I like the idea! Now that my chickens can't free range, this would be a good addition to their diet.
Today i gave them some kale leaves, some of which had little worms on them. It was like ice cream with sprinkles!

my sis sprouts wheat and oat fodder for her critters...she just used feed store grains and sprouts them
