Hmmmm.
That just about outlaws most every cage i see at those places.
I don't see how they can enforce all that.
Especially the one about "must not be able to stick their heads out."
Most foldable type kennels don't have small wire.
I know. I did ask, ‘is this going to be enforced at the swap(s)?‘ I’ll see if anyone knows. My cage would probably be okay if I put bedding in it. The auctions may be inspected. Auctions are different in many ways. At an Amish auction we attended, the poultry were in boxes and other makeshift containers. Often crammed in. You bought them, you kept the container.

Yes. That's how i always understood small animal auctions to be. Had to slap together a cage and buyer takes all.
