I'll wave back, but I don't actually live in town, lol. I live on down Y towards Bonne Terre.
I think we might be getting rain and possible thunder storm, but nothing severe. I'm starting to feel like I live in a rain forest with a swamp.

We drive up Hwy D from Farmington then turn East on Hwy Y to get to the Terrace. We like driving on the back roads of Missouri.

Line of storms went thru here last night, we got up at 11 pm watching local weather coverage. There was a tornado in our county, one down by Joplin. Sirens were going and we were prepared to go to basement. But it passed thru quickly and we got the all clear. Everything looks okay here this morning, we got 1” of rain.
How about you @shawluvsbirds ? And everyone else?

I wore my nader jammies and went to bed.
Phones were blaring as well as my alexa devices giving me warnings. Mason was scared to death as usual. My boss called and told me to take cover so i pulled the blankies over my head.

We didn't have any damage luckily. Just another torrential downpour. Rain gage is broken so idk how much but the swamp ground looked extra swampy.

Ah, I see. If you go straight on D, instead of turning on Y, that is the direction I live, lol.

We had storms come through today. Got a lot of rain and some hail but otherwise we were lucky

Hail! No damage other than a couple small seedlings in the garden…It must have hailed for 20 minutes. We got about 1/2” of rain, but not much wind.

I went out to reset the clocks on the automatic chicken doors because we had lost power for a couple of minutes a week or so ago. While I was in the smaller coop, I noticed a bunch of mud on the floor in the covered part of the coop. When I looked up I saw 2 big holes in the corrugated panels. My assumption is that they were made by a couple pieces of hail that broke through. Now I need to replace or cover over that part of the roof. I saw 1 more hole in the outer part of the coop that has wire walls, so now I have 2 places to repair.

Our pond has finally filled up again.

Today is going to be so nice to be outside it's 59°F with a high of 72°F and sunny.
