Hello everyone, anything good today or new, other than the cold? Spent all day at the in-laws fixing up their house.

yes cold! I was woke up at 7am this morning by a call from my neighbor up the road telling me that my horses were in his back yard. When I got there the neighbors told me the horses got spooked and took off running. After about two hours and lots of walking through the woods, I got them home. On a up note, a couple of my 6 month old pullets are starting to lay

Chilly here, too. I have a bunch of new layers, or at point of lay. I wonder if they will lay through the winter.

My Delawares, so far, are my best layers. They are even laying with molting.
