There are a couple of good websites out there (forgive me for not having a link right now) that give some good points for show quality and pet quality differences.
One point is the necks - they should have a very short (almost none) neck and have roundish heads.
My pet quality babies have a little longer thinner neck and narrower heads.
as for other points to look for, do a google search for "standard of perfection Call duck" and maybe it'll show up.
ETA - easier to tell the neck when they are excited and extend their necks - when mine are acting normal, they don't appear to have a neck, but when they extend out - running, excited, etc.. - they do have necks.
