Came back from our county Farm Fair with.....*pic heavy*

Lots of ribbons including a Best of Show for my son's Khaki Campbell/ Fawn and white Indian Runner mix (The Judge absolutely loved her!), a Grand Reserve Champion for the same duck, a Grand Reserve Champion for his duck eggs, and a Grand Champion for my other son's Buff Orpington.

We also brought home 2 new keets, 2 new chicks, a 10 week old Old English Bantom rooster (Colonel Sanders) and 3 Indian runner ducklings we "rescued" from the wildlife refuge. To top it off, we found a brand new duckling running around the duck house Sunday morning.

Is your Khaki/Runner a hen or a drake?!

I have one myself, a Khaki Campbell, Crested Fawn and White Runner cross. She is GORGEOUS. Her name is Pudge because she was a pudgy butt when she was little.

Here's a pic of her as a duckling:

Now her body feathers all look like yours above, laced light mocha color, beautiful. She has a white throat that you can see in the duckling pic, and the mocha crest.
She is something. Now you've got me thinking about showing her at the fair next month!

What a great job. We have out fair this weekend but alas my crib midget is too young to show so as of yet. But I will still have my hands full with the 4-H kids
